Begins January 9, 2024 The ancients believed we contain powerful energy centers within the subtle body. Each of these centers relates to various human systems, anatomy, emotions, qualities, expressions, karma, and patterns from which we live our lives. When we give our full attention and awareness to how our chakras inform and function within us, we are able to keep them in balance; and as we do so, we often find balance, wholeness, healing and health in all aspects of our lives. Over the course of the Winter and Spring of 2024, we will be exploring these chakra energy centers in a variety of deep and playful ways. Join our nature and Divine Feminine-based yoga classes, which are full of philosophy, mythology, postures, breath work, and restful meditations. We welcome students of all levels; whether you have never stepped on the mat before or are a life-long practitioner, we invite you to be right where you are, to explore the possibilities, to honor your limitations, to celebrate YOU in all ways. Bring a mat, a friend, an open heart, a song, a poem, something for our community altar, or a post-yoga sustainable snack to share if you wish (no plastic please). Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop we request at least a 24 hour notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another member of our wonderful community. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds if cancelation notice is given after 24 hours. As each class has a unique offering we do not offer exchanges. Thank you for your understanding as we nuture and grow our loving community and our healing santcuary.
